大豆新品种“吉农48”是吉林农业大学以“吉农15”为母本,以“吉农18”为父本,通过有性杂交,采用系谱法选育而成.2015-2016年参加国家北方春大豆中晚熟组品种区域试验,2年平均产量3 621.0 kg / hm2,比对照“吉育72”平均增产2.1%;2016年参加国家北方春大豆中晚熟组品种生产试验,平均产量 3 454.5 kg /hm2,比对照“吉育72”增产8.3%;2015-2016 2年平均子粒粗蛋白含量36.74%,粗脂肪含量 22.92%,高抗大豆花叶病毒,抗大豆灰斑病、抗大豆褐斑病、抗大豆霜霉病、抗大豆细菌性斑点病,生育期 124 d.于2017年6月通过国家农作物品种审定委员会的审定(审定号: 国审豆20170014).该品种适宜在吉林中南部、辽东东部山区、甘肃中部、宁夏中北部地区春播种植.“,”“Jinong 48”,a new soybean cultivar,was selected by Jilin Agricultural University with pedigree method,with“Jinong 15”as female parent and“Jinong 18”as male parent,through sexual cross breeding. In 2015-2016,it participated in the regional test of the national Northern spring soybean middle-late-maturing varieties,with an average yield of 3 621. 0 kg /hm2 in two years and an average increase of 2. 1% in comparison with the control“Jiyu 72”. In 2016,it participated in the production trial of the national Northern spring soybean middle-late-maturing varieties,with an average yield of 3 454. 51 kg /hm2 and an increase of 8. 3% compared with the control“Jiyu 72”. The average grain crude protein content in 2015-2016 was 36. 74%,and the crude fat content was 22. 92%. It was resistant to soybean mosaic virus (highly resistant),soybean leaf spot (resistant), soybean brown spot (resistant),soybean downy mildew (resistant),soybean bacterial spot disease (resistant) and other diseases,and its average growth period was 124 days. In June 2017,it was approved by the State Crop Variety Certification Committee (trial number: Guo Dou beans 20170014). The variety is suitable for spring sowing in central and southern Jilin,eastern mountainous areas of Liaodong,central Gansu and central and northern Ningxia.
