在汽车内饰设计中,对于有操作互动功能的部件外观,在初期方案设计评价阶段,如果没有实物模型的情况下,很难检验出实际的互动效果,进而影响其改进设计的完善性。利用电脑软件虚拟实物模型的操作,可以为方案进行对比、改良,并节省大量实物模型制作的时间,提高设计效率。以汽车仪表盘与方向盘的对比设计为例,介绍了利用SolidWorks工程软件进行虚拟操作,持续对比、改进的过程,以求在电脑辅助设计评价领域提供一些新思路。
In the interior design of automobiles, it is difficult to verify the actual interaction effect in the early stage of project design evaluation without the physical model for the appearance of parts with interactive operation. Thus, the improvement of design integrity is affected. The use of computer software virtual physical model of the operation, the program can be compared, improved, and save a lot of physical model making time, improve design efficiency. Taking the comparative design of automobile dashboard and steering wheel as an example, this paper introduces the process of using SolidWorks engineering software for virtual operation, continuous comparison and improvement, in order to provide some new ideas in the field of computer aided design evaluation.
