不知不觉,一学年就要结束了。作为一名老师,在学困生的转化方面没有太多的成绩可言。在此,就结合实践说一说我的感受。在学习困难的学生看来,学习往往是很枯燥和非常辛苦的事情。在日常学习活动中,由于他们缺乏浓厚的学习语文的兴趣,他们常常视师长如仇敌,以致谈学习而色变,闻考试而心惊。因此,在日常教学活动中,要想进一步提高学困生的成绩,更加全面发展他们的基本素质,就必须充分激发他们的学习兴趣。培养学习兴趣是一个常谈常新的老话题,兴趣是推动学生学
Unconsciously, a school year is coming to an end. As a teacher, there is not much to be said about the conversion of poor students. Here, to talk about my experience with practice. To the students with learning difficulties, it is often boring and very hard to learn.
