目的:探讨血清内皮细胞微粒(EMPs)与冠心病患者冠状动脉(冠脉)病变的关系。方法:选取我院住院初次接受冠脉造影患者219例,结合冠脉造影结果将患者分为非冠心病组(61例)与冠心病组(158例);进一步将冠心病组根据SYNTAX积分分为低分组(≤22分,93例)和高分组(>22分,65例)。采用流式细胞术检测血清EMPs水平,并与SYNTAX积分进行相关性分析。结果:与非冠心病组比较,冠心病组血清EMPs明显增高(P<0.001)。与SYNTAX积分低分组比较,高分组血清EMPs明显增高(P<0.001)。相关性分析显示,血清EMPs与SYNTAX积分呈明显正相关性(P<0.01)。结论:冠心病患者血清EMPs与冠心病冠脉病变程度密切相关。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between serum endothelial cell particles (EMPs) and coronary artery (coronary) lesions in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods: A total of 219 patients with coronary angiography who were hospitalized in our hospital were selected and divided into non-coronary heart disease group (61 cases) and coronary heart disease group (158 cases) by coronary angiography. According to the SYNTAX score For the low group (≤ 22 points, 93 cases) and high score group (> 22 points, 65 cases). Serum EMPs levels were measured by flow cytometry and correlation with SYNTAX scores. Results: Compared with non-coronary heart disease group, serum EMPs in coronary heart disease group was significantly higher (P <0.001). Compared with SYNTAX score low score group, high score group serum EMPs was significantly higher (P <0.001). Correlation analysis showed that serum EMPs and SYNTAX score was positively correlated (P <0.01). Conclusion: Serum EMPs in patients with coronary heart disease is closely related to the degree of coronary artery disease in patients with coronary heart disease.
