为进一步完善银行间外汇市场运行机制,提高服务质量,经国家外汇管理局批准,中国外汇交易中心于2003年2月8日起延长银行间外汇市场交易时间,由原来9:20～11:00调整为9:30～15:30,午间不休市,交易及清算方式不变。此次延长外汇交易时间,对我国外汇市场发展具有重大意义:一是实现了人民币兑美元、日元、欧元、港币四种主要外币的全天交易,健全了我国银行间外汇市场的运行机制,为进一步推进银行间外汇市场改革奠定了基础;二是为市场会员提供了更长的交易时间,客观上使得商业银行本外币结售汇资金头寸在上下午都能得到
