很多美术教师有着不同程度的困惑,对于在美术教学过程中出现的一些问题,给教师的教学带来了许多困难。教师培训可以采用案例讨论的方式,即使用教材中的例题作为案例,提出一些基本的问题让教师思考,组织人只是作为主持者,组织教师参与讨论。
Many art teachers have varying degrees of confusion, which has brought many difficulties to teachers in teaching some problems that appeared in art teaching. Teacher training can take the form of case discussion, that is, using the examples in the textbook as a case, raising some basic questions for teachers to think and organizing the people as the moderator and organizing the teachers to participate in the discussion.
