东风_4型机车的起动机油泵,由于工作时间短,因而故障少,处理故障的经验也就少。我段的由资阳内燃机车工厂新造的东风_4型3016号机车,于1985年12月10日,柴油机起动后起动机油泵没有停止运转,并且手柄提到16位时,机油压力只有167kPa(1.7kgf/cm~2),出现了一起不常见的故障。柴油机起动时,起动机油泵是由起动机油泵电机QD驱动的,而电机QD是由蓄电池通过主触头QC供电的。所以柴油机起动后该泵不停转,人们往往认为是由于主触头QC失
