针对大型仓库的管理困难、火灾、潮变等问题,提出了基于短距离无线通信技术ZigBee的实现方案。整个网络采用混合网的网络结构,用片上系统CC2430设计硬件节点。分析了网络中ZigBee节点的不同功能,为具有采样环境信息功能的定位节点外接了湿度传感器HIH4000,详细描述了FFD节点和RFD节点的软件设计。通过实验测试,该方案具有较强的可行性,可以用于大型仓库的管理中,提高安全性和降低管理难度。
According to the problems of management difficulty, fire and tidal instability of large warehouses, a scheme of ZigBee based on short distance wireless communication technology is proposed. The whole network uses a hybrid network structure, with a system-on-chip CC2430 hardware node design. The different functions of the ZigBee nodes in the network are analyzed. The humidity sensor HIH4000 is added to the positioning node with the function of sampling environmental information, and the software design of the FFD node and the RFD node is described in detail. Through experimental testing, the scheme has strong feasibility and can be used in the management of large-scale warehouse to improve the safety and reduce the management difficulty.
