以苯乙烯(St)为原料,以过硫酸钾为引发剂,采用乳液聚合法在球形金属铝粉表面聚合并包覆聚苯乙烯(PS),制备出包覆式PS/铝粉复合粒子。通过改变铝粉的加入量及选择不同特性的表面活性剂,确定了制备包覆完全均匀致密复合粒子的合理条件。应用扫瞄电镜、傅立叶变换红外光谱及粒度测试等分析方法对复合粒子进行表征。
Styrene (St) was used as raw material and potassium persulfate was used as initiator to polymerize and coat polystyrene (PS) on the surface of spherical metallic aluminum powder by emulsion polymerization to prepare coated PS / aluminum powder composite particles. By changing the amount of aluminum powder and selecting the surfactants with different properties, the reasonable conditions for preparing uniform and dense composite particles were determined. The composite particles were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and particle size analysis.
