我国资源的重要来源为水电行业，水电行业能够在一定程度上能够维持社会生产的正常运行。在水电施工企业中，施工设备物资管理工作是非常重要的企业管理工作的内容。本文先主要分析了水电施工企业设备物资管理现状及当中存在的问题，最后提出具体的对策，解决问题，以供同行借鉴。
