目的和方法 :研究急性淋巴细胞白血病 (ALL)细胞粘附分子 β2 整合素 (CD11a、CD11b)及L -选择素 (CD6 2L)的表达及其临床意义。用流式细胞仪检测 45例ALL及 2 5例正常人骨髓单个核细胞的CD11a、CD11b、CD6 2L表达。结果 :①CD11a、CD11b在ALL细胞上表达均明显低于正常人 ,CD11b低表达的阳性率为10 0 % ,5 0 %患者有CD11a低表达。而 6 0 %患者CD6 2L在ALL细胞上表达升高。②CD11a在B -ALL表达明显低于T -ALL表达 ,CD6 2L在B -ALL表达高于T -ALL。③浸润组CD11a表达高于非浸润组 (P <0 0 5 )。④ALL完全缓解组CD11a、CD11b的表达在正常范围。结论 :急性淋巴白血病细胞上存在多个粘附分子的表达异常 ,检测粘附分子有助于判断白血病细胞类型及疗效。
Objectives and methods: To study the expression and clinical significance of cell adhesion molecules β2 integrin (CD11a, CD11b) and L-selectin (CD6 2L) in acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). Flow cytometry was used to detect the expression of CD11a, CD11b, and CD62L in 45 cases of ALL and 25 cases of normal bone marrow mononuclear cells. RESULTS: 1The expression of CD11a and CD11b on ALL cells was significantly lower than that of normal people. The positive rate of low expression of CD11b was 100%. 50% of patients had low expression of CD11a. In 60% of patients, CD6 2L expression was elevated on ALL cells. 2The expression of CD11a in B-ALL was significantly lower than that of T-ALL. The expression of CD6 2L in B-ALL was higher than that in T-ALL. 3 The expression of CD11a in infiltrating group was higher than that in non-infiltrating group (P<0 05). The expression of CD11a and CD11b in the 4 ALL complete remission group was in the normal range. Conclusion: The expression of multiple adhesion molecules is abnormal in acute lymphoblastic leukemia cells. The detection of adhesion molecules can help determine the type and efficacy of leukemia cells.
