一般我们认为,行政工作者的工作态度与其工作效率的关系是正相关,也就是说,工作态度越积极,其工作效率便越高。其实不然,美国的布罗林菲尔德和克罗克特经过四十年的调查研究发现:对工作感到满意,持积极态度的职工,其工作效率可能很高;而对工作不满意,持消极态度的职工,其工作效率也可能很高。通过这个结论我们可以看出,工作态度与工作效率的关系并非正相关这么简单。但是,不可否认,工作态度是工作效率的影响因素之一。
Generally speaking, we think that the administrative staff’s working attitude is positively related to their work efficiency. In other words, the more active the working attitude, the higher their work efficiency. In actual fact, the United States, Broloffield and Crockett after 40 years of research found that: satisfied with the work, hold a positive attitude of the workers, their efficiency may be high; dissatisfied with the work, holding a negative attitude Of workers, their efficiency may also be high. From this conclusion we can see that the relationship between work attitude and work efficiency is not as simple as the correlation. However, it is undeniable that working attitude is one of the factors that affect work efficiency.
