进行两个阶段堆肥试验,利用猪粪生产蝇蛆作为饲料添加剂和有机肥。用新鲜粪便1.8t接种了9kg的家蝇幼虫和麦麸混合物堆肥7d,生产出蝇蛆193kg,再堆肥12周。结果表明,接种蝇蛆的堆肥更快达到高温阶段和最后成熟期。第二阶段堆肥的温度保持约55℃9d,水分减少至约40%,且pH较高,解毒更快,一些微生物酶活动模式也不同。第一阶段有大量的物质损失(35%水溶性碳,16%总氮)。研究结果表明,通过两个阶段的猪粪堆肥实现了无填充剂堆肥并提高了经济价值。
A two-stage compost test was conducted using swine manure to produce fly maggots as a feed additive and organic fertilizer. Inoculated with 9 kg of housefly larvae and wheat bran mixture compost for 7 days with fresh excrement 1.8t to produce 193 kg maggot and compost for 12 weeks. The results showed that the compost inoculated with maggots reached the hot stage and the final maturity faster. In the second stage, the composting temperature was maintained at about 55 ℃ for 9 days, the water content decreased to about 40%, the pH was higher, the detoxification was faster, and some microbial enzyme activities were also different. The first phase has substantial material losses (35% water-soluble carbon, 16% total nitrogen). The results show that composting without fillers and increasing economic value are achieved through two-stage pig manure composting.
