为了真实地模拟飞机发动机主减速器输出轴转速,完成对飞机发动机转速、旋翼转速系统的完好性检测和故障诊断,设计了一种人工控制转速的通用转速源。为了实时监测通用转速源的实际输出转速并使其具有稳定的自动调节转速的功能,完成了转速采集与处理电路、倍频电路和转速自动调节控制器的设计,并采用仿真手段验证了设计的正确性和可行性。实际应用证明,通用转速源能够同时带动四型(个)转速传感器及八型指示器进行性能测试和诊断,具有调速范围宽、转速精度高、速度稳定性好的特点。
In order to truly simulate the output shaft speed of the main engine of an aircraft engine, the integrity detection and fault diagnosis of the engine speed and rotor speed system are completed.
