本文在文献的基础上,用X射线粉晶衍射,红外光谱分析,穆斯堡尔谱分析等实验方法研究了丝光沸石在800℃以上高温固—固相变过程中的结构变化。实验表明,不同离子交换的丝光沸石有不同的相变速率。在相变中,沸石水的脱去对阳离子与骨架的结合过程起了重要作用,促使硅(铝)氧四面体的形变,最终有序骨架网络变成以变形的[Si(Al)O_4]四面体为结构单元的无序网络拓朴结构的非晶固态丝光沸石。
Based on the literature, the structure changes of mordenite during solid-solid phase transformation at high temperature above 800 ℃ were studied by X-ray powder diffraction, infrared spectroscopy and Mossbauer spectroscopy. Experiments show that different ion-exchanged mordenites have different phase transformation rates. In the phase transition, the removal of zeolite water plays an important role in the cation-skeleton bonding process, which leads to the deformation of silicon (aluminum) oxy tetrahedron and eventually the ordered framework network to become deformed [Si (Al) O 4] Amorphous solid mordenite with disordered network topologies of tetrahedral and structured units.
