对Ti-IF钢铁素体区轧制工艺的热轧板酸洗效果做了初步研究与分析,通过对比铁素体轧制工艺的超低碳钢在不同酸洗时间下的宏观形貌差别,进一步得出了不同工艺下的酸洗动力学曲线。根据XRD成分图可知,铁素体轧制工艺和常规工艺的氧化铁皮成分相同;通过试验分析可知,铁素体轧制表面氧化铁皮酸洗时间比常规轧制氧化铁皮酸洗时间少30%左右,大大提高了酸洗效率,为下道工序提高生产效率、降低生产成本奠定了基础。
The effect of acid pickling on the hot rolled sheet of Ti-IF steel ferrite rolling process was preliminarily studied and analyzed. By comparing the macroscopic topography of ultra-low carbon steel under different pickling time in ferritic rolling process, Further draw the pickling kinetics curves under different processes. According to the XRD composition diagram, the ferrite rolling process and the conventional process have the same scale composition of oxide scale; the test analysis shows that the pickling time on the ferrite rolling surface is about 30% less than that of the conventional rolling scale , Greatly improving the pickling efficiency, laid the foundation for the next procedure to improve production efficiency and reduce production costs.
