针对传统建筑供应链材料采购模式中存在的利益冲突导致的采购效率低下、灵活性差等现象,从承包商损失厌恶因素角度研究了基于弹性数量契约的供应链协调问题。基于契约理论,构建损失厌恶的承包商与风险中性的材料供应商的组成的采购数量弹性契约模型,揭示了契约参数与损失特性对承包商最优订货决策的影响。结论表明,弹性数量契约模式可以协调主体具有风险偏好的建筑供应链采购活动,提高材料采购行为的灵活性以应对需求不稳定的建筑施工活动,提高供应链效率。
Aiming at the phenomenon of inefficient procurement and poor flexibility caused by conflicts of interest in the procurement model of supply chain materials in traditional buildings, the supply chain coordination problem based on the flexible quantity contract is studied from the perspective of contractor loss aversion. Based on the contract theory, this paper constructs a quantity-elasticity contract model composed of loss-averse contractors and risk-neutral material suppliers, and reveals the influence of contract parameters and loss characteristics on the contractor’s optimal order decision-making. The conclusion shows that the flexible quantitative contract mode can coordinate the construction supply chain procurement activity with the main risk appetite, enhance the flexibility of material procurement behavior to cope with the unstable construction activities and improve the supply chain efficiency.
