目的观察山茶花挥发油对宫颈癌Hela细胞和人肝癌HepG2细胞的生长抑制作用。方法采用二氧化碳超临界萃取技术从山茶花中萃取出挥发油,对Hela和HepG2两种肿瘤细胞进行体外增殖抑制实验。用不同浓度(0.25,2,16mg/ml)的山茶花挥发油处理Hela和HepG两种肿瘤细胞,CCK法分析细胞增殖浓度。结果山茶花挥发油48 h可以明显抑制Hela和HepG2细胞增殖,山茶花对Hela细胞影响更敏感。结论山茶花挥发油对两种癌细胞增殖的抑制能力均有剂量和时间依赖性。
Objective To observe the inhibitory effects of camellia volatile oil on the growth of Hela cells and HepG2 cells. Methods The volatile oil was extracted from camellia by carbon dioxide supercritical fluid extraction and the in vitro proliferation inhibition experiments were carried out on Hela and HepG2 tumor cells. Hela and HepG cells were treated with different concentrations of Camellia oleifera (0.25, 2, 16 mg / ml), and cell proliferation was analyzed by CCK method. Results Camellia oleifera oil 48 h significantly inhibited Hela and HepG2 cell proliferation, camellia Hela cells more sensitive. Conclusion The inhibitory effects of camellia essential oil on the proliferation of both cancer cells are dose-and time-dependent.
