对基层干警进行应用射击培训，是当前治安形势的要求。面向基层，面向实战是当前是公安教育改革的方向。如何提高在职干警的射击水平，更好地防范和打击犯罪，是本文重点探讨的问题。
The application of shooting training to grassroots police officers is a requirement of the current law and order situation. For the grassroots level, the actual combat is currently the direction of public security education reform. How to improve the firing level of serving police officers and to better prevent and combat crimes is the key issue discussed in this article.
