健康教育护理干预对盆腔炎住院患者的护理效果观察

目的观察健康教育护理干预对盆腔炎住院患者的护理效果。方法选取盆腔炎患者114例,给予所有患者常规盆腔炎护理干预措施,在此基础上给予观察组患者健康教育护理干预措施,对患者的知识掌握情况及对护理满意程度进行统计。结果观察组患者健康教育知识掌握达标53例,达标率为92.98%,对照组达标41例,达标率为71.93%;观察组健康教育知识掌握达标率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组对护理满意55例,满意度为96.49%,对照组满意度为84.21%(48/57);观察组满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健康教育护理干预可增强盆腔炎患者对疾病相关知识的掌握程度,提高疗效和满意度,值得临床推广与应用。 Objective To observe the effect of health education nursing intervention on inpatients with pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods A total of 114 patients with pelvic inflammatory disease were selected. All patients were given routine pelvic inflammatory disease interventions. Based on these interventions, health education and nursing interventions were given to the patients in the observation group. The knowledge of the patients and satisfaction with nursing were counted. Results In the observation group, 53 cases met the criteria of health education, with the compliance rate of 92.98% and the control group of 41 patients achieved the compliance rate of 71.93%. The compliance rate of health education knowledge in the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). In the observation group, 55 cases were satisfied with the nursing care, the satisfaction rate was 96.49%, while the satisfaction degree in the control group was 84.21% (48/57). The satisfaction degree in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Health education nursing intervention can enhance the degree of mastery of disease-related knowledge in patients with pelvic inflammatory disease, improve efficacy and satisfaction, and worthy of clinical promotion and application.
