为了解苯作业工人微循环指标的改变,我们观察了42例苯作业工人甲襞微循环情况,并与未接触者进行了对比。 以加权积分计算苯接触组和未接触组微循环的管袢数、长度、流速。结果管袢数、流速两组差异无显著性;但管袢长度差异非常显著。 检查结果表明,苯作业工人的肝脏有着明显损伤,管袢长度可能与肝脏损伤的程度有一定关系。笔者认为用微循环指标的改变来检测苯系物职业危害的发生及其治疗、预后可能有一定参考意义。
In order to understand the change of microcirculation index of benzene workers, we observed the microcirculation of nail polish in 42 benzene workers and compared them with those who did not. Weights and integrals were used to calculate the tube number, length and flow rate in the microcirculation of benzene and non-contact groups. Results There was no significant difference in tube number and flow rate between the two groups, but the difference in tube length was significant. The test results showed that benzene workers have obvious liver damage, tube length may be related to the degree of liver damage have a certain relationship. I believe that the use of changes in indicators of micro-circulation to detect the occurrence of occupational hazards of benzene and its treatment, the prognosis may have some reference value.
