在当前的课堂教学中,很多教师实施的都是抱怨式教育,即,将学生身上的缺点无限放大,学生一旦犯了什么错误,立即以严厉的态度进行批评指责,这造成的后果是学生的负面情绪逐渐堆积,慢慢产生我不行、我很差的心态。美国著名心理学家威普詹姆斯曾说:“人性最深刻的原则就是希望别人对自己加以赏识。”的确,每个人都希望能从别人口中听到对自己的肯定和赞扬,尤其是处于自我意识初步形成阶段的小学生,他们更加希望得到老师的承认与认同,它能满足学生内心深处的成功需求,激发出学生的学习潜能。所以,身为小学语文教师的我们,要将赏识教育积极运用于课堂教学中。
