本文对跳远比赛前准备活动运动负荷的安排进行了探讨,试图寻找出跳远比赛前准备活动的最佳运动负荷。通过测试和分析,结果表明:准备活动中的小、中、大运动负荷对跳远成绩有着不同的影响。跳远比赛前应采用大运动负荷进行准备活动,才能使机体进入最佳竞技状态。大运动负荷准备活动后,跳远运动员的技术水平发挥特别优异,成绩均高于小、中运动负荷的成绩。采用大运动负荷的准备活动,要做到因人而异,区别对待。
In this paper, the arrangement of exercise load in preparing for the long jump game is discussed in an attempt to find the best exercise load in the long jump before the match. Through testing and analysis, the results show that: the small, medium and large exercise load in preparation activities have different impact on long jump results. Long jump before the game should be used to prepare for large-scale activities in order to make the body into the best competitive state. Great sports load preparation activities, long jump athletes play a particularly good technical level, the results were higher than the small, medium exercise load results. The use of large exercise load preparation activities, to be different, different treatment.
