This is an eternal topic often raised by people both at home and abroad who are interested in the development of China’s cities over the past 20 years. However, they quickly discovered that the answer to this question was not that simple. From April 7 to April 9, 1998, an impressive international conference was held at the recently completed Convention Center at 100 Dian Qian Road, Suzhou.
