目的:建立三棱水煎液与三棱芒硝配伍水煎液的各自三波长融合图谱,通过融合后图谱,对比二者物质基础的区别,从而研究二者物质基础的改变。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,Shim-pack CLC-ODS(150 mm×6.0mm,5μm)色谱柱;以水(A)-甲醇(B)为流动相系统进行梯度洗脱;流速:1.0 mL/min;柱温:30℃;检测波长:254、300、320 nm;使用Matlab 7.1编程进行谱图融合。结果:方法学考察结果良好,三波长融合图谱可全面体现特征吸收,更加全面的对比三棱单煎液与三棱芒硝合煎液的物质基础改变。从融合图谱可以看出,50 min以后,各峰面积有明显的减少,80 min时吸收峰消失。结论:三棱与芒硝合煎造成相互作用,导致二者有效成分的含量都减少,药效降低。三波长融合图谱可以对芒硝三棱相畏的物质基础研究进行全面和整体性的评价,为研究中药相畏乃至“七情”中的相须、相使、相杀、相恶和相反提供参考。
OBJECTIVE: To establish the three-wavelength fusion map of San-rui decoction combined with Rhizoma coptidis and decoction of Radix Paeoniae Rubra, and to study the difference of the material basis between the two by comparing the difference between the two substances. Methods: The mobile phase consisted of Shim-pack CLC-ODS (150 mm × 6.0 mm, 5 μm) and reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) 1.0 mL / min; column temperature: 30 ℃; detection wavelength: 254,300,320 nm; using Matlab 7.1 programming spectral fusion. Results: The results of the methodological study are good. The three-wavelength fusion map can fully reflect the characteristic absorption, and more comprehensively compare the changes of the material basis between SanLian Dan Decoction and SanLanKu Decoction decoction. As can be seen from the fusion map, after 50 min, the peak area was significantly reduced, the peak disappeared at 80 min. Conclusion: The interaction of the three edges with Glauber’s salt results in the decrease of the effective components and the decrease of the efficacy. The three-wavelength fusion map can make a comprehensive and holistic assessment of the material basis of Glauber’s salt, which is the most important part of the study. for reference.
