目的探讨雪灵芝对小鼠免疫功能的调节作用。方法以小鼠为实验对象,分别以0.21、0.42、0.63ml/kg.bw3个剂量组的雪灵芝给予小鼠灌胃30~35D,进行脾淋巴细胞转化、迟发型变态反应、抗体生成细胞、血清溶血素、碳廓清、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞、NK细胞活性等七项免疫指标的测定。结果各剂量组的各项检测结果与阴性对照组比,均能刺激小鼠脾淋巴细胞增值、转化作用,促进小鼠迟发型变态反应作用,提高小鼠抗体生成细胞数,提高小鼠的血清溶血素水平,增强小鼠的单核-腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬和碳廓清能力,但对小鼠NK细胞活性功能无明显作用。结论雪灵芝具有增强小鼠免疫功能作用。
Objective To explore the regulatory effect of Xuelingzhi on immune function in mice. Methods Mice were used as experimental subjects, and mice were given intragastric administration of 30~35D Xuelingzhi with 0.21, 0.42, and 0.63ml/kg.bw doses, respectively, to carry out spleen lymphocyte transformation, delayed hypersensitivity, antibody-producing cells, Serum hemolysin, carbon clearance, peritoneal macrophages phagocytized chicken red blood cells, NK cell activity and other seven immune indicators were measured. Results Compared with the negative control group, each test result of each dose group could stimulate the increase and transformation of mouse spleen lymphocytes, promote the delayed allergic reaction of mice, increase the number of antibody-producing cells in mice, and increase the serum of mice. The hemolysin level enhanced the phagocytosis and carbon clearance capacity of mononuclear-peritoneal macrophages in mice, but had no significant effect on the activity of mouse NK cells. Conclusion Xuelingzhi has the function of enhancing immune function in mice.
