“德”“得”相通是在本体论意义上对道德的诠释。它具有四个方面的涵义 :1.“德”为了“得” ;2 .“得”必须“德” ,应该“德” ;3.“德”必须“得” ,应该“得” ;4 .“德”“得”合一。中国道德精神的结构就是“德”“得”相通的结构 ,道德权威就在于“德”“得”相通这一原理有效发挥作用 ,然而 ,“德”与“得”在现实中并不总是相通 ,其不相通恰是道德权威失落的表现。对此 ,文章从制度安排入手提出了两点补救措施 :一是建立德行代价补偿机制 ;二是将部分道德法律化 ,以实现社会公正 ,保护道德建设的成果
The connection between “virtue” and “de” is the interpretation of morality in ontological sense. It has four meanings: 1. “De” in order to “get”; 2. “De” must “virtue”, should be “virtue”; 3. “moral” must “get” should “get”; “Germany” “too” one. The structure of Chinese moral spirit is the structure of “virtue” and “attainment”, and the moral authority plays an effective role in the principle of “virtue” and “attainment.” However, “morality” and “virtue” are not always Interlinked, it is not exactly the performance of moral authority lost.
