[目的]建立玉米油中吡蚜酮原药的高效液相色谱(HPLC)分析方法,测定其均一性和稳定性。[方法]以乙腈-0.2 g/L磷酸二氢钾水溶液(体积比10:90)为流动相,流速为1.0 m L/min,使用Angilent Extend C_(18)色谱柱,紫外检测,波长250 nm,柱温35℃。[结果]低中高质量浓度的玉米油制剂样品平均回收率分别为111.7%、110.0%和90.0%。精密度分别为2.0%、2.0%和3.3%。线性相关系数大于0.999。配制的低高剂量的玉米油给药制剂的准确度分别为108.1%和97.1%。冰箱(2~8℃)储存4 d后准确度分别为90.3%和84.7%。[结论]该方法简单可靠、分离效果好,精密度和准确度高、线性关系好。玉米油给药制剂配制准确,冰箱(2~8℃)储存稳定达到4 d。
[Objective] The research aimed to establish a HPLC method for the determination of pymetrozine in corn oil and determine its homogeneity and stability. [Method] With acetonitrile - 0.2 g / L aqueous potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution (volume ratio 10:90) as the mobile phase, the flow rate was 1.0 m L / min. Angilent Extend C_ (18) , Column temperature 35 ℃. [Result] The average recoveries of low, medium and high concentration corn oil samples were 111.7%, 110.0% and 90.0% respectively. The precision was 2.0%, 2.0% and 3.3% respectively. The linear correlation coefficient is greater than 0.999. The accuracy of the formulated low-dose corn oil formulations was 108.1% and 97.1%, respectively. The accuracy of refrigerator (2 ~ 8 ℃) stored for 4 d was 90.3% and 84.7% respectively. [Conclusion] The method is simple and reliable, the separation effect is good, the precision and accuracy are high, and the linear relationship is good. Corn oil preparation preparation is accurate, refrigerator (2 ~ 8 ℃) storage stability reached 4 d.
