为研究大鼠放射性皮肤溃疡组织中 c-Fos、 Rb表达。采用 140只 Wistar大鼠进行局部照射(7射线)制备放射性皮肤溃疡动物模型。观察病变 1年,然后采用 c-Fos、 Rb多克隆抗体及免疫组化方法检测皮肤溃疡组织中 c-Fos、 Rb的表达情况。结果表明;c-Fos、 Rb的表达阳性率分别为45.8%(33/7)、 63.9%(46/72,两者阳性部位主要见于增生肥大的鳞状上皮细胞胞核、增生的间质成纤维细胞胞质及胞核、小血管内皮细胞中。初步的结论是;c-Fos、Rb蛋白的高表达可能与放射性皮肤溃疡难愈合有关。
In order to study the expression of c-Fos and Rb in radiation-induced skin ulcers in rats. Fourteen Wistar rats were used for local irradiation (7-ray) to prepare animal models of radiation-induced skin ulcers. The lesions were observed for 1 year. The expressions of c-Fos and Rb in skin ulcers were detected by c-Fos, Rb polyclonal antibody and immunohistochemistry. The results showed that the positive expression rates of c-Fos and Rb were 45.8% (33/7) and 63.9% (46/72), respectively. The positive expression of c-Fos and Rb was mainly found in the nucleus and hyperplasia of hypertrophic squamous epithelium Of the interstitial fibroblasts in the cytoplasm and nucleus, small vascular endothelial cells.The preliminary conclusion is that the high expression of c-Fos and Rb proteins may be related to the refractory radiation skin ulcers.
