研究了等径弯曲通道变形过程中7475铝合金的组织细化及超细化,在7475铝合金中实现了亚微晶组织,晶粒尺寸达到 0.4~0.6 μm;提出的 ECAP-A晶粒细化工艺,可将 7475铝合金的晶粒尺寸细化到6~8μm,而且相当稳定,这一指标优于以前的TMP工艺和JTMPA工艺.
The microstructure and the refinement of 7475 aluminum alloy during the deformation of equal-diameter curved channels were studied. The microstructure of the 7475 aluminum alloy was realized with the grain size of 0.4-0.6 μm. The proposed ECAP- A grain refinement process, 7475 aluminum alloy grain size can be refined to 6 ~ 8μm, and quite stable, this indicator is better than the previous TMP process and JTMPA process.
