“2+1”人才培养模式是中职教育必走的一种办学模式,通过一年的顶岗实习,可以让学生接触到企业生产、建设、管理、服务第一线的真实情况,领略到企业文化的内涵、要求与特点,为他们树立主人翁精神和敬业精神、顺利实现由学生到企业员工的角色转换打下基础。可是在实施的同时,“2+1”顶岗实习的学生在企业实践中也确实暴露出来的一些问题,它会直接影响学生是否能顺利完成一年的顶岗实习任务。
