目的:建立应用薄层色谱法、高效液相色谱法和红外光谱法检测常见中成药和保健食品中非法添加的西药。方法:运用薄层色谱法快速初筛,高效液相色谱-二极管阵列初步鉴定,红外光谱法定性鉴定的色谱光谱综合运用技术。结果:建立的方法能够鉴别出添加的格列苯脲、格列齐特、盐酸芬氟拉明、酚酞、盐酸二甲双胍、盐酸西布曲明和枸橼酸西地那非等西药成分。结论:本方法准确可靠,简便易行,易于推广。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the determination of western medicine illegally added in common proprietary Chinese medicines and health foods by TLC, HPLC and FTIR. Methods: The rapid screening of thin layer chromatography, high performance liquid chromatography - the initial identification of diode array, infrared spectroscopy qualitative identification chromatography spectroscopy comprehensive utilization of technology. Results: The established method was able to identify the components of western medicine such as glibenclamide, gliclazide, fenfluramine hydrochloride, phenolphthalein, metformin hydrochloride, sibutramine hydrochloride and sildenafil citrate. Conclusion: The method is accurate, reliable, easy to use and easy to popularize.
