在中国保险业飞速发展的过程中,保险公司经营中普遍存在着绩效考核定位模糊,指标设置不合理、员工普遍对目前的薪酬报偿不满、公司经营集约化程度低下,普遍重保费规模,忽视新业务内涵价值以及盲目追求机构扩张,业务结构失衡,资本配置效率低等问题。因此,我们应积极引进EVA体系,建立基于EVA体系的绩效评价体系和激励体系以及基于EVA体系优化保险公司内部治理,改善保险公司经营效率,促进中国保险业又快又好地发展。
In the rapid development of China’s insurance industry, there are many problems in insurance companies such as ambiguous positioning of performance appraisal, unreasonable set of targets, dissatisfaction with the current remuneration package, low level of company intensification, The connotation of business value and the blind pursuit of institutional expansion, unbalanced business structure and inefficient allocation of capital. Therefore, we should actively introduce the EVA system, set up a performance evaluation system and incentive system based on the EVA system, and optimize the internal governance of insurance companies based on the EVA system to improve the operating efficiency of insurance companies and promote the rapid and sound development of China’s insurance industry.
