在市场经济条件下,生产资料所有者只有在市场不完善和非均衡,法律法规不健全的情况下才能占有劳动剩余价值,导致分配关系的不和谐。构建和谐的分配关系,不是要否定社会主义市场经济体制和生产资料的私有制形式,而是要不断地完善市场,促进市场均衡和健全法律法规。
Under the condition of market economy, owners of means of production can occupy the value of labor surplus only when the market is imperfect and unbalanced and the laws and regulations are imperfect, resulting in the discordance of the distribution. Building a harmonious distribution does not mean negating the private-sector forms of the socialist market economy and the means of production.
