吴建岳,宁波市名校长,现任余姚市姚北实验学校校长。曾获“浙江省农村教师突出贡献奖”。他积极探索农村教育新格局,提出了“个个都要成人,人人都能成才”“多一个标准,就多一批好学生”的办学理念,确立并践行“全人格教育”的育人目标,取得了不同凡响的成果。2015年6月在浙江省中小学育人工作座谈会上作了“行为教育是比读书更重要的教育”的典型发言。在《教育发展研究》、《人民教育》和《中国教育学刊》等刊物上发表学术论文多篇。 Wu Jianyue, president of Ningbo City, is the principal of Yaobei Experimental School in Yuyao City.
