一、前言微光夜视技术已发展了三代产品。六十年代发展第一代,采用光纤面板耦合的三级级联式象增强器;七十年代发展第二代,采用微通道板(MCP)的象增强器。目前发展的第三代是采用负电子亲和势(NEA)光电阴极的象增强器(其一、二代都采用多碱光电阴极)。
First, the preface Gleaming night vision technology has developed three generations of products. In the 1960s, the first generation of three-stage cascade image intensifiers using fiber-optic panel coupling was developed. The second generation of image intensifiers using microchannel plates (MCPs) was developed in the seventies. The third generation that is currently under development is the image intensifier using a negative electron affinity (NEA) photocathode (one of which used a polybasic photocathode).
