对制备马尾松溶解浆的预水解硫酸盐制浆工艺进行研究。实验结果表明:预水解硫酸盐纸浆的卡伯值随着预水解P因子的增加先降低后升高,聚戊糖含量不断降低,预水解P因子为700时聚戊糖含量低于3%;硫酸盐法蒸煮最佳用碱量为22%,硫化度为25%~30%,H因子为1500~1600;与普通硫酸盐马尾松浆比较,预水解硫酸盐浆的卡伯值、黏度及细浆得率低。
The preparation of pre-hydrolyzed sulfate pulping process of masson pine pulp was studied. The experimental results showed that the kappa number of prehydrolyzed kraft pulp decreased firstly and then increased with the increase of pre - hydrolyzed P factor, while the content of pentosan continued to decrease. When the pre - hydrolyzed P factor was 700, the content of pentosan was less than 3%. The optimum alkali dosage for kraft cooking is 22%, the degree of sulfuration is 25% ~ 30%, and the factor H is 1500 ~ 1600. Compared with common sulfate Masson pine pulp, the Kappa number, viscosity and Slurry yield is low.
