1 病例资料 患者 男,46岁。因隐匿型肾小球肾炎、尿毒症于1998年5月14日行同种异体肾移植术。术后三联(强的松、环孢霉素Ａ、骁悉)抗排斥治疗,1周后肾功能恢复正常。1个月后发生急性排斥反应1次,经用甲基强的松龙冲击治疗3ｄ,排斥逆转。9月18日因移植肾周囊性积液而穿刺抽
1 case data patient male, 46 years old. Due to occult glomerulonephritis, uremia in May 14, 1998 underwent allogeneic kidney transplantation. Anti-rejection therapy after triple therapy (prednisone, cyclosporine A, Xixi) returned to normal after 1 week.
