目的分析社区卫生服务中心国家基本药物使用情况。方法随机抽取2010年1月～9月处方共1455份进行统计分析。结果使用国家基本药物处方占总处方数的74%,国家基本药物数占用药总数的51.6%。结论国家基本药物在社区卫生服务中心使用率较高,但目录中的药品仍不能完全满足社区医疗的需要。
Objective To analyze the use of essential medicines in community health service centers. Methods A total of 1455 prescriptions were randomly selected from January to September in 2010 for statistical analysis. Results The use of national essential medicines accounted for 74% of the total number of prescriptions, and the number of national essential medicines accounted for 51.6% of the total number of medicines used. Conclusion The utilization rates of state essential medicines in community health service centers are high, but the medicines in the catalogs still can not fully meet the needs of community medical services.
