利用图像分析技术(IAT)对51例骨巨细胞瘤(GCT)为研究对象,13例骨囊肿和15例骨肉瘤为对照组,对细胞核(GCT取基质细胞核),DNA含量测定,DNA倍体类型研究,术后复发病例的DNA倍体类型与其传统分级的比较研究。结果发现GCTⅠ级和Ⅱ级之间无显著差别,且它们的生物学属性属潜在恶性和低度恶性范畴,研究还揭示GCT的DNA≥5C细胞数超过10%系术后复发,转移的高危病例。
Fifty-one cases of giant cell tumor of bone (GCT) were studied by image analysis technique (IAT). 13 cases of bone cyst and 15 cases of osteosarcoma were control group. The nucleus (GCT was taken as stromal cell nuclei), DNA content was measured, and DNA ploidy was used. Type studies, comparisons of DNA ploidy types and their traditional gradings in postoperative recurrence cases. The results showed that there was no significant difference between GCTI grade and grade II, and their biological properties were potentially malignant and low-grade. The study also revealed that the number of DNA ≥ 5C cells in GCT was more than 10%. .
