根据儿童的心理特点,在数学教学中,我采用聘任分组学习的方法。具体做法是:由教师先聘任学习组长,组长再聘任组员。我任教的五(1)班有学生44人,聘任了11位组长,组长各自聘任3名组员组成4人学习小组。聘任前教师要做好学生的思想工作,帮助差生放下包袱,克服缺点,争取不要落聘。各位组长要主动聘用差生,带动他们进步。采用这种分组方法学习,能激发学生的学习积极性。组与组比,人与人比,互相学习,互相监督,共同提高。如:教学数学第九册29页思考题:“1÷11,2÷11,3÷11……10÷11。想一想,得数有什么
