[目的]研究高温、干旱及其互作对小麦籽粒蛋白质含量的影响。[方法]采用人工气候室控温,研究不同品种小麦花后各时期高温、干旱及其互作对其籽粒蛋白质含量的影响。[结果]高温、干旱及其互作均能显著提高小麦籽粒蛋白质含量,高温干旱具有显著的互作效应,但温度是主要影响因子。[结论]高温干旱对小麦籽粒蛋白质含量具有显著的互作效应。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the effects of high temperature, drought and their interaction on the grain protein content of wheat. [Method] The temperature in artificial climate chamber was used to study the effects of high temperature, drought and their interaction on the grain protein content of different varieties of wheat at anthesis. [Result] High temperature, drought and their interaction could significantly increase grain protein content of wheat, and high temperature and drought had significant interaction effects, but temperature was the main factor. [Conclusion] High temperature and drought had a significant interaction effect on the grain protein content of wheat.
