目的:选择优良种质资源,为厚朴品质改良的研究提供依据,以满足中药现代化、产业化和国际化的要求。方法:收集7省13个厚朴主产区种源的种子,在浙江景宁同一地点种植,于7年生时采样,用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定有效成分。结果:不同种源厚朴酚类含量存在极显著的差异,同一种源内个体间的差异更大。结论:湖北五峰、鹤峰和恩施3个种源厚朴质量明显优于其它种源,厚朴酚、和厚朴酚、厚朴酚类总量都很高,推广应用这3个优良种源,是当前提高厚朴质量最有效的途径。厚朴种源内个体间酚类含量存在巨大差异,离中药现代化、国际化“质量稳定、可控”的要求,仍然存在较大的差距,但这种差异可为厚朴选育种提供物质基础和巨大潜力。建议在育种工作中加强对优良单株的选择。
Objective: To select good germplasm resources and provide basis for the research on quality improvement of Magnolia officinalis in order to meet the requirements of modernization, industrialization and internationalization of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: Seeds collected from 13 main production areas of Magnolia officinalis in 7 provinces were planted at the same location in Jingning, Zhejiang Province. Samples were taken at 7 years of life and the active ingredients were determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Results: There was a significant difference in the content of honokiols from different provenances, and there was a greater difference among individuals in the same source. Conclusion: The provenances of three provenances of Wufeng, Hefeng and Enshi in Hubei are significantly superior to those of other provenances. The total amount of honokiol, honokiol and honokiol is high, and these three excellent provenances are popularized and applied. , is currently the most effective way to improve the quality of Magnolia. There is a huge difference in the content of phenols among individuals in the provenance of Magnolia officinalis. There is still a large gap between the requirements for the modernization and internationalization of Chinese medicine and the “stable and controllable quality”. However, this difference can provide material basis for the breeding of Magnolia officinalis. And great potential. It is recommended to strengthen the selection of good individuals in breeding work.
