我院是一所拥有1000多张病床,2300多名职工的集医、教、研工作为一体的三级甲等医院。从1988年起就先后在口腔科、眼科、检验科、放射科、中西药房、小儿心胸外科、气雾室和小儿麻醉手术组等科室中试行两级目标管理。为了更好地适应社会主义市场经济的新形势,进一步深化改革,扩大改革成果,在1994年8月,我们在全院45个业务科室(部门)全面推行院、科两级综合目标管理责任制(下称综管制)。

In order to better adapt to the new situation of the socialist market economy, further deepen the reform, and expand the results of reforms, in August 1994, we fully implemented the responsibility system for the management of comprehensive objectives at the secondary and secondary levels in 45 business departments (departments) of the entire hospital.
