作为高职院校的新生代人才资源,青年教师不仅为高职院校教学注入了新鲜活力,更在培养现代化职业人才方面起着至关重要的作用。本文以石家庄人民医学高等专科学校为例,分析该职业院校对青年教师的培养现状及培养机制,并相应提出该校青年教师创新型培养的具体途径,以不断提高青年教师的综合素质,促进学校的可持续发展。
As a new generation of human resources in higher vocational colleges, young teachers not only inject new vitality into the teaching of higher vocational colleges, but also play a crucial role in cultivating modernized professionals. This paper takes Shijiazhuang People’s Medical College as an example to analyze the current situation and cultivation mechanism of the young teachers in the vocational colleges and puts forward the specific ways of innovative training for the young teachers in the university in order to continuously improve the overall quality of young teachers and promote School’s sustainable development.
