氚标记硝基腐植酸(NHA)及其进入植物体的研究(Ⅰ)

采用循环放电曝射法进行硝基腐植酸的氚标记,氚气循环使用,安全可靠;耗时少,收率高。标记后的~8H-NHA 的结构未发生变化。标记在 NHA 主体上的氚占总标记量的93%左右。通过不同植物的吸收试验证明,NHA 可通过根或茎的切面进入植物体,地下部吸收 NHA 的量大于地上部,分子量较小的黄腐酸比棕黑腐植酸易于进入植物体,经叶面涂抹 NHA 似乎不被植物吸收。 Cyclic discharge exposure method for tritium nitrate humic acid, tritium gas recycling, safe and reliable; less time-consuming, high yield. The structure of ~ 8H-NHA after labeling did not change. Tritium labeled on the NHA body accounted for about 93% of the total amount of the marker. Absorption tests of different plants proved that NHA could enter the plant through the root or stem cuttings, the amount of NHA absorbed in the ground was greater than that in the shoots, and fulvic acid with smaller molecular weight was easier to enter the plant than brown humic acid. Apply NHA does not seem to be absorbed by plants.
