稻、麦等农作物的选种、测产工作十分繁杂。为改善农业科技人员的工作条件,提高考种的工效和质量,研制了稻麦考种微电脑自动测试仪。该仪器由计数、称重、测长3个传感器及1个用8031单片微机系统,组成的控制和数据处理单元组成。其中计数是运用光电原理,并设有自动清杂扬谷功能;重量传感器是一个压敏控制器;在测长装置中有一个测长位移光栅和光电检测部件;数据处理单元的功能是把采集到的大量数据进行分析处理,计算总和、均值及预测单位面积产量等等。其检测处理结果均由微型打印机输出或者用LED给以显示。本文叙述了该智能仪器的系统原理、结构和微机处理框图及程序。
