教师的历史使命决定了一名出色的历史教师不是一般职业者那样的“生存型”人,而是一种“发展型”人。历史教师应对自己所从事的专业具有强烈的专业认同感,应把教师专业当成事业来追求,具有强有力的专业精神,充分呈现教师的专业力量和教学执行力。一、历史教师的专业精神与专业认同作为一名出色的学科教师,其基本使命在于传道、授业和解惑。从教师赋予的使命可见,一名出色的学科 The teacher’s historical mission dictates that a good history teacher is not a “living” person, but a “developmental” person as a general practitioner.
