目前,北京、上海、广州这样的大城市都出现了高级人才弹性就业的现象。据悉,杰迈商务咨询公司已经向沪上各大公司派出高级“临时工”1000多人次。他们多数是财务经理、物流经理、客户服务经理、销售经理、人事经理等高级人才,工作的时间从3至6个月不等,最短的只有几个小时。高级白领弹性就业已不仅仅是就业方面的问题,它更是人们生活方式的一种变化。
