由图1可知,外循环滚珠螺母反向孔的钻削部位距外圆轴线有一个距离H,孔的加工表面呈圆弧状态。钻削时由于△ABC是非实体状态,切削时存在一个反作用力F_1,迫使刀具向外侧移动一个距离如图1所示。从而使加工出的孔与轴线不平行,且孔的形状也达不到要求。尽管采用了钻扩铰工艺,并对切削用量进行了不同的选择,但由于其孔的加工工艺性太差,使得该孔孔距公差无法保证。其加工精度见表1。由表1可知,其加工偏差范围在-0.20~0.20mm,无一定的规律。合格率仅为26.7%。
